Delyn Hall

Delyn is a transformational healer, spiritual coach, psychotherapist, and teacher based in Vermont. She uses a somatic (body-centered), relational, and transpersonal (spiritual) approach to health and wellness. Delyn teaches emotional regulation skills drawn from yoga, meditation, and mindfulness in her sessions. Her approach is a blend of highly collaborative recovery-based, trauma-informed, and emotion-focused interventions.

 

Delyn has been a practitioner of energy medicine for close to 20 years. She is a Rising Star and Prema Birthing practitioner and teacher, having studied for many years with master teacher and healer Derek O'Neill. Delyn is also a longtime meditator and has been certified as an Integral Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master.

 

Delyn has a Masters in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Somatic Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
